A note from the President of Prime Const., Inc.

As president and owner of Prime Const., Inc, I grew up  in the field of construction.  My career began in
commercial construction under the influence and watchful eye of my father and uncle working for the family
business.  Growing up tying concrete footings foundations, working with block, brick, wood and structural
steel became natural as years went by.  By 1987, I have worked up to superintendent, now working for
“Comm. Builders of Kansas“ and was building a multi-million project in Vero Beach, Florida.

After twelve more years, it was time to settle and begin a family.  For various reasons, we landed in Douglas
Count, Ks.,  where we still reside today.  Being part of the community in which we now build is important to
me.  We have now had the opportunity to have provided more than 40 family homes, commercial new
buildings and many remodels in the area we also call home.

To put it mildly, I am dedicated to providing quality service and building craftsmanship all backed by a team
of highly knowledgeable, experienced individuals.  With that comes a commitment that all projects will be
completed in an above average time schedule, quality materials ending in a highly valued finished product
that our clients will easily enjoy for years to come.

With that being said we can’t ask for a better compliment than when our client is happy seeing their dreams
take form.

                                                                                 Sincerely,
Stuart Young
